1. The short version

The active service creates an AI-edited listing image with your original vehicle in a new background. It is designed to retain visible vehicle details and condition. Review the finished image against the original before publishing.

4. Vehicle detail and review

Approved AI providers may process a customer photo for the selected paid flow. The service is designed to retain the original vehicle, visible details and condition; review the finished image before publishing. Ordinary customer photos are not used for model training or marketing.

7. Failure, review and refund path

Technical failures may be retried without consuming a subjective refinement. Authenticity or privacy uncertainty is not silently overridden. A restricted operator can review the order and failure state, but CarSalesPhoto does not promise bespoke manual retouching.

If we cannot deliver a conforming image, we may retry, accept a replacement source or refund the affected image. If no conforming output can be delivered for the order, the refund is full. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
