Which photos work best?
Use a clear exterior photo with the whole car visible and some space around it. Avoid portrait mode, strong filters, digital zoom, heavy blur and photos with more than one car. We tell you what to fix before payment.
Will you change or repair the car?
No. We keep the car from your original photo. We do not hide damage, polish paint, replace parts or redesign the car. The background, crop, placement, glass edges, shadow, reflection and optional plate blur can change.
Do you create the finished photo before I pay?
No. Before payment, we only check whether the photo is suitable and tell you what to fix. We create the finished photo after payment.
What do I receive and can I request changes?
For each successful photo, you receive a large JPG and a transparent PNG. You can also download the whole album as a ZIP. Contact us if the result needs attention.
How long are my images kept?
Unpaid uploads expire within 24 hours. Private order images normally delete seven days after delivery. An optional link-only album is a separate choice and can remain for up to 12 months from publication or renewal.
Is a shared album a car advertisement?
No. It is only a photo album. It has no price, seller details, vehicle details or buyer messages. Only people with the private link can open it, and you can change the link or remove the album at any time.
